At Motive, we aren’t about just working around the areas that hurt. We want to help you fix it and move better. We use the Functional Range Assessment (FRA®) to examine your body on a joint-by-joint basis so we know exactly what to tackle and why.

Wellness isn't meant to be pursued alone.

At Motive, our trainers provide more than just workouts for clients. We keep up with you outside of the gym. Your goals are our goals.

Kinstretch

Kinstretch is a group class that helps every person develop maximum body control, flexibility, and USABLE ranges of motion in a way that still addresses their individual needs.  You will walk away from every Kinstretch class feeling stronger, more resilient, and more mobile than you ever thought possible.

Join us at 5:30 PM every Wednesday night on Motive’s lawn for a donation-based class. We donate 50% of all class proceeds to HQGR to support local youth in Grand Rapids.
